Café
Our on-site café is open for the 2026 season and now includes a dedicated coffee bar. Whether you are heading out on the lake or winding down after a full day outdoors, it is a comfortable place to gather.

Directions to the Resort
Important: Please do not rely on GPS navigation in your vehicle. It may direct you incorrectly. Follow the directions below carefully.
From Highway 97:
• From the south, turn right at 150 Mile House.
• From the north, turn left at 150 Mile House, 14 km south of Williams Lake.
Continue approximately 56 km to the community of Horsefly.
In Horsefly
You will see:
• Race Track Gas Station on the left
• Small Real Estate Office on the right
• Clark’s General Store on the right
Turn right at Clark’s General Store and cross the single-lane wooden bridge over the Horsefly River.
You will see signage indicating Horsefly Lake and Quesnel Lake resort areas.
This is an important turn-off. Large rigs may have difficulty turning back if missed.
After the bridge
• Drive approximately 1 km to a Y-intersection.
• Follow the sign for Plato Island Resort, 35 km, and turn left.
• You are now on a gravel road.
Follow this road to km 26.
Just past km 26, turn left at the Plato Island Resort sign.
After 3 km, turn left again and follow the gravel road down to the resort.
